Tom Maslen - Head Instructor
Tom Maslen studied the Korean Martial Art of Kuk Sool Wan for a number of years in the late 80's before turning to Kick Boxing.
In the Summer of 1995 he started Wing Chun Kung Fu and trained under Simon Lau for 6 years, becoming one of his instructors towards the end of 1998. He represented The Simon Lau Centre in a number of public demonstrations.

March 2000 - Demonstration Team. Posing with Simon Lau and other fellow instructors.
June 2005 - Receiving Instructor's Certificate from Clive Potter - Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun Kung Fu Assoc (UK).
In 2002 Tom joined the Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun Kung Fu Assoc (UK) and trained under Clive Potter. In that time he became one of the Association's fully qualified instructors and set up the Wycombe Ving Tsun Kung Fu club which he ran till the Winter of 2007 when he left the Association - Following this he spent a period of time training under Alan Orr.
In April 2009 Tom set up Wycombe Wing Chun as an independent Martial Art club which now shares links with, and is affilated to, Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun Kuen and The Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun Kung Fu Assoc (UK).
Tom is also a BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) Blue Belt under Kevin Capel at RGA Bucks.
In April 2009 Tom set up Wycombe Wing Chun as an independent Martial Art club which now shares links with, and is affilated to, Chu Sau Lei Wing Chun Kuen and The Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun Kung Fu Assoc (UK).
Tom is also a BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) Blue Belt under Kevin Capel at RGA Bucks.

Steve Dunne - Assistant Instructor
Steve Dunne, a youth ABA Boxing champion, became British Open Tae Kwon Do champion in 1987 earning his black belt in 1988. After more success in competition, and becoming the British 'Hand Destruction' champion he progressed to Wing Chun Kung Fu.
In 2002 Steve joined the Wong Shun Leung Ving Tsun Kung Fu Assoc (UK) training under Clive Potter and since that time has assisted with classes in St Albans & High Wycombe and travelled with the Association to Hong Kong and Italy.

George Scottow - Assistant Instructor
George Scottow trained in Kick Boxing before starting his Wing Chun training under Tom Maslen. He has been a member of Wycombe Wing Chun since August 2006.
Tom Hill - Assistant Instructor
Tom Hill studied Eagle Claw Kung Fu from 2001 to 2003. In November 2006 he started his Wing Chun training at Wycombe Wing Chun under Tom Maslen. Tom is also a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt under Kevin Capel at RGA Bucks.
Paul McMurray - Assistant Instructor
Paul studied Wing Chun for a number of years in the 90's. Following a long break, he joined Wycombe Wing Chun in the January of 2010. Since then he has established himself quickly within the club, aquiring the appropriate skills and knowledge of an Assistant Instructor in a relatively short amount of time.
